Biography
Dr. Aziz Homayouni Rad obtained his doctoral degree in Food Science and Technology Engineering from Tehran University between 2003 and 2007. Presently, he serves as a professor at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. He has effectively fulfilled administrative duties as the Vice Chancellor of Education within the Faculty of Nutrition. His research interest is Functional Foods, with a particular focus on Probiotic, Prebiotic, Synbiotic, and Postbiotic Dairy Products.
